  1. I'm wondering what else you could use apart from apple to dunk in that dip. I love cinnamon too but apples make me ill(not an allergy…just can't have them)!

  3. Wow! Elle, look at all the fitness experts that are subscribed to you! It's impressive, really.

    Love the yogurt idea. I was having a hard time deciding what to do for breakfast tomorrow and since I have all the dip ingredients but no apple, I'm going to simply slice up a banana to go with the yogurt instead. Everything looks delicious! 

    Also… DEAR LORD THE VITATOPS. Have you ordered the peanut butter chip ones? Oh god oh god oh god it's like a fudgy peanut butter cake–if you haven't tried them, you have to do it sometime. If you like chocolate and peanut butter together you won't regret it at all. 🙂

  4. Hey girly!!! I just wanted to mention my new favorite way to have tuna, which is: mix it with some hummus and fresh lemon juice! I swear I don't even miss mayo. I actually prefer it this way. It tastes soooo good. You should give it a try =)
