Goa Style Chicken Cafreal Recipe:
Ingredients:
1kg – Chicken (with bone or boneless)
2 cups – Fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup -Mint leaves
10 – Garlic cloves
1-inch – Ginger
8 – Green chillies
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
1 tsp – Cumin seeds
1 tsp – Fennel seeds
1 tsp – Peppercorns
4 – Cardamon
7 – Cloves
1 inch – Cinnamon stick
1 tsp – Turmeric powder
1 tsp – Vinegar
1 tbsp – Oil
Salt – to taste
(Optional)
1 – Potato (sliced or wedges for a side)

Instructions:
Grind: Coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, chillies, cumin, pepper, Spices, vinegar or lemon juice – smooth paste
Marinate: Chicken with ground masala + salt – 2 hrs or overnight
Heat oil: Pan-fry chicken till cooked and roasted
Optional: Roast/fry the potato in the same pan with the leftover masala
Serve hot: With lemon & crispy potatoes (optional)
