Ingredients:
pork meat – 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt – 15 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 10 g (0.35 oz)

for the filling:
ham – 120 g (4.23 oz)
pressed cheese – 120 g (4.23 oz)
red bell pepper – 80 g (2.82 oz)
cashew nuts – 60 g (2 oz)
spinach – 200 g (7 oz)

for the sauce:
oil – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
beer – 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
soy sauce – 60 ml (¼ cup)
mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic powder – 10 g (0.35 oz)
cinnamon – 5 g (0.18 oz)
brown sugar – 10 g (0.35 oz)

Tray size 22 x 30 cm (8.66 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes

for the garnish:
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
garlic – 3 cloves
rosemary – 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
