    It's absolutely a matter of preference, but that looks mushy. I think I like my egg salad chunky.

    That's the only way I do eggs. Salad, potato, macaroni, all of the egg stuff. Been doing this for more than 40 years.

    Thats the way I've always fixed my egg salad. I hated bitting into my sandwich and bitting down on big chunks of white. That's how I make my tuna salad too.. sometimes ill grab just a bit of Vidalia onion and grate just a little. Into the bowl. YUMMY
