  2. Hi Chef. Just want to say I love how Clean, Honest and not clickbait your videos are. You are very unique and it's very obvious to me that you are just a huge foodie like me! Hope you have a great summer and keep them videos and shorts coming. Your uploads make my week! I got a sandwich for you if you are interested. It's my payday sandwich. Required a perfect long sub style bread that is crusty but soft inside. Go down with a layer of Brussel pate. Just like a Vietnamese sandwich. Cured Italians meats and top shelf fresh mozzarella and your choice of green stuff (I like coriander because I'm a fiend of the stuff). Sometimes I go with extra meat, maybe some spicy check breast. Depends how much extra overtime i picked up that month ????.
