Every time I see these videos I imagine people 100 years from now dressing up in the clothes we wear now as historical costumes and having themed parties

How do you go to the toilet? So many layers to remove, and put back again.

You must have boiled. I think wigs are especially unsuited to heat though I know the gowns can be cool

Wow! You look stunning 😊. I wish we had pockets like that now. Even the petticoats and skirts look so much easier to put on and very feminine.
The fabric looks very expensive and I agree with you about button holes.
I hope you had a lovely time and I can imagine how stunning you must have all looked.

I'd hit like but I'm horrified at the thought of getting stabbed by all those pins!

Guys really said "If you're gonna start wearing the pants around here, you gonna empty your pockets first"😂😂☝️

  7. @mimimaitri1

OK you look spectacular, but equally jaw dropping is the 7.99/yd for silk taffeta!

Thank you Dear for all the hard work: preserving how we dressed in earlier times is so important.

I wish women were still as majestic and beautiful as this though i'm aware this takes alot of time to do.

Fancy clothes being made to help us store stuff rather than make us buy bags. Seems that companies have been gaslighting us for years. Why am I not surprised 🙄
I remember a time when we could trust corporations. Seems we can’t these days

Absolutely gorgeous!! I love the colors and the fabric! Artfully done 👏🏽👏🏽

1770's is my absolute favorite fashion era! This outfit is absolute perfection! I would love to make my own 18th century outfit some day!

Laid in bed struggling to decide what to wear…… I'd be bed ridden if I had to contemplate putting all that gear on!!!

But i do love those big pockets
