In the the 3rd grade, a classmate’s mom brought chips and homemade guacamole instead of the customary cupcakes. First time I’d ever had guacamole, and it was love at first bite! Cesar’s mom changed my life 🥰

I've never understood why people, especially cooks, waste so much food, like in this video about the inside of tomatoes; he doesn't even recommend what to use them for. There are too many hungry people in the world to waste food.👎

But i like tomatoes. 🙁 our guac never lasts long enough to matter about water-y or browning

Everything in that molcajete is poison to me. But that "rolling the lime" trick is really useful!
