  4. I have never been a fan of flour tortillas. Corn tortillas are where it's at. Yes, they aren't as strong (no glutens), but they taste so much better. And they have to be fresh corn tortillas, not fried ones. I love corn tortillas so much, considering how simple they are.

    Really need to buy a good tortilla press, and make my own with masa. Just haven't gotten around to it.
