  1. This is a fantastic video. I am 21, and have already noticed myself slowly learning a few of these tips and applying my experience to them. But there are definitely some on here that I have not been acting on yet, and need to improve on, especially delaying gratification and massive action taking. Thanks Tim.

  2. Tim becoming a manosphere sigma male youtuber is the weirdest character arc I've seen yet.

  3. I'm 22 and currently, I feel lost. I've done all the best I can the past few years to improve and it was working at first but then I got lost again. I'm struggling and feel pressured right now in life trying to figure out everything (especially since I'm failing college) but this video reaffirms and made me look again within myself at what I should do and what not to do.

Anyway, thank you for the video. Just what I need to push myself into taking care of myself and doing something more.

  4. So happy to finally see people speak out against the blight that is pornography. Too many lives have been ruined by this abomination

  5. Brilliant video! I am 69 and in better shape than I was in my 50's. I know you are focussed on 25-30 year olds but your truth works for old guys like me too. While I have my own personal style, I enjoy watching you take care of yourself. You are an inspiration! Thank you!

  6. I'm 21 right now and I feel like I consistently do most of what you talked about in this video. I'm still kind of in an in between stage in my life right now as I'm going to school and working towards finding a career to have after I graduate, but for the most part, I feel successful. Thank you Tim, for giving me reassurance that doing the right thing for myself does in fact pay off. I know that my hard work won't go to nothing

  7. This has to be one of the most important videos I’ve ever watched. It deserves to be watched over and over when I am feeling demotivated and lost. Thank you so much!

  8. As for "Not waking up at 5 AM", I agree, 5-7am are not my most productive hours either, but unfortunately for us, it`s recommended to fall asleep before 11pm not to miss those important hours for better functioning of our body, giving an opportunity all the organs to recover etc…

  9. I'm 27 right now. I've been looking for a video that would give me the motivation I needed, and I'll take this as a sign. I've already watched the video, but I'll save this to remind myself that with these habits, I have the power to change the course of my life. Thank you, Tim.

  10. What an Amazing Masterpiece of a Video…..Really proud of how far you've come…????

  11. Honestly I’m 20 and I’m running from war in Russia and this video actually gave me new things to think about.

Being afraid of war and having bad financial situation is really frustrating but this video gave me different perspective but still yeah it’s hard. Thank you for this video
