  1. American diner style omelettes are seriously underrated! No judgment if you like the fancy French kind, but sometimes the low end, lightly browned kind is the only thing that will do. ????

  2. Damn, and now I'm hungry 🙁 your food always looks so absolutely delicious.
    but thankfully I have a portion of your chow mein that I meal prepped and put into a freezer at work 🙂 I know it's probably a blasphemy, but I used lean ground beef along with some good quality bronze cut durum protein fusili. It freezes so much better than noodles and it's still mind blowing delicious.

    haven't made an omelette in a while. This would be delicious with Gruyere. As for those cherry tomatoes you can also make them faster in an airfryer, just 8 min at 200 Celsius (shake once). Highly recommend to drizzle them with balsamic reduction!
