    here's the recipe EL COOKS🔽
    2Cups AP flour
    anise tea (enough to make smooth dough, about 3oz)
    1tsp OCEAN (salt)
    1tsp baking powder
    1Tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1Tbsp melted butter (cooled)
    1tsp Vanilla extract

    350F oil, 20-30 seconds on each side!

    This is a common pastry in Latin America. My grandmother would make them with a slight hole in the middle. That would help her take them out with a little stick or rod. Topped off with powdered sugar or honey. Dude you brought back my Abuelita😢 thank uou🙏🏽

    I love that italian cuisine have so many similarities with others ethnicity,there Is a sweet called Frittella that looks exactly like that and you can found It on the rides at amusement parks
