  11. here's a few tips for weight reduction at home
    Make sure you drink plenty of water – I recommend eight cups daily.
    Set a limit of chips Sweets sodas you have each day.
    Cut down snacks or have fruit or vegatables.
    Keep a record what you eat and refer back to it to see how you can cut down.
