I have experienced hair loss since 2012 and my hair since surgery has never been the same, but I have been at a calorie restriction or changed things to keep out of obesity. Choice to have great hair or be obese again> I will take have horrible hair.
Telogen Effluvium – I did a video on it. My dermatologist, the physician who deals with hair loss, says over 99% of people who experience hair loss after surgery are suffering telogen effluvium. It's where general anesthesia makes your hair follicles go dormant for 3-6 months. When they wake up, all the shed that would have happened in those months occurs quickly. His suggestion is patience since it all comes back in naturally. He says people believe the products are working when they see new growth, but it would have happened naturally. I used patience and it all came back.
Just don't suggest biotin. August 2017 medical testing proved that biotin megadosing causes incorrect diagnostic blood test results. People died from the problem and the FDA put out a warning in November 2017. My lab now asks if you've taken biotin if you go for diagnostic blood tests. A human only needs 30-35 mcg a day according to current research.
The smell of the arganlife argan oil shampoo was neutral and appeared to help with hair growth. I would use this product again!

I've got oily scalp and hair loss. Now, I'm using Argan rain Hair Loss Shampoo… My shedding has stopped and regrow the lost hair. It works wonders, and I constantly get complimented on how shiny and healthy my hair looks.
