I've had bulging disc and sciatica for around 2 years now, seems to be getting worse rather than better. I have noticed that after getting out of bed in the morning (very difficult and painful) I walk very crooked (cane assisted), though after some time sitting and getting my pain under control I seem to straighten out for the rest of the day. I'm wanting to give this a try, but I'm wondering if I need to do it every hour if I only experience it in the mornings?

The only video with real advice that help me, at first painful, but after doing it a few times a day i felt 60% better, and after a few days doing this religiously feel 90% better and i stand straight.

Woke up with a crooked back last week, I was in so much pain it was hard to walk. Found this video….did the exercise every hour for 20 reps for 3days…..booom! I was cured! Thank you guys so much. 🙂

This exercise is a big no no if it hurts. My twist was minimal after a few days of rest. I tried this exercise today a few times and the twist increased again! It was sort of painful but tolerable so I did it anyway. BIG mistake. I wish I didn't do it 🙁

This is my current situation I had an MRI and was told I have 2 bulging disks. That was it! Seeing this video gave me comfort and made me worry a lot less. And when you bent your spine that way. I knew right away you guys have the solution to my back problem. Thank you so much. Also are there any lower back exercises I can do to help strengthen my back so this doesn't happen as much. I work on my core to help stabilize my body. But I want to focus more on my back. Thanks again.
