Im not sure if i have carpal tunnel but i do a manual job with my wrist in various awkward positions and im getting minor wrist pain. But my main symptom is my hands keep falling asleep, most at night during sleep and alot of times it wont go away until i stand up and flex my wrists fingers and raise lower my arms.
WHATS GOING ON?
I eat a very healthy low carb diet only consuming bad carbs, things like potatoes, bread , popcorn or beer once per week when out with friends or family.
otherwise my only sugars come from kombucha, infrequent fruit, or 85/90% chocolate or organic honey

I feel I have more mobility, going to keep this up and see if it improves fully, Thanks! Hugs
I'm very surprised that it worked very fast. I massaged myself on the left arm to see what happen to my right thumb with carpal tunnel, and pain was relieved instantly! THANK YOU Dr. Berg!!! I always enjoy watching your videos and followed many things you had suggested and they worked very well!
