Here in this video i talk about how to get rid of neck pain from sleeping wrong. I go over in my video how to prevent neck pain from even starting , i also go over how to get rid of it, once it has happened.
Tip #1 to prevent neck pain from even happening: I have found alot of people sleep with their window open, by doing this, the cold air can make your neck stiff. If your neck is stiff try sleeping with the window cosed.
Tip #2: Make sure to show regularly with warm showers. By doing this it will cause blood circulation in your neck. This will for sure fix a sore neck.
Tip#3: Make sure you are using enough pillows. By keeping your head in a netural position, this will make sure you dont get neck pain
How to actually get rid of the neck pain from sleeping wrong, once it has happened.
Tip#1: Use epsom salt baths. These will do wonders for your neck pain
Tip#2: Try using cold packs and than a heating pad. Do this for 3 minutes on and than 3 minutes for the other one
Tip#3: Take hot showers, for 3 minutes, than a cold shower for 3 minute, and keep doing this
Tip#4: Try acupuncture, this can honestly help with the neck pain
Tip#5: Make sure that you guys try massages. By getting massages done, you force the circulation of blood into your neck.
