Well,,, I'm a "sleep Eater". I wake up every night at 2am and sleep/dazed go into my refrigerator and eat piece of chocolate or cheese or a slice of a cold-cutt …Can't explain Why ? But the "Remorse" I feel in the morning is awful ! and I am (slightly) over weight . 🙁
