This had very detailed information that was helpful. Thanks!
I'm about to start a pulmonary rehab program through my hospital. I'm looking forward to learning all I can to make things easier on myself and prolong my life.
This is so true. I was diagnosed with BOOP last year and was told that I wouldn't live. I started with the Pulmonary Rehab, continue with exercise, proper diet, rest, and lots of water. I had done verything you recommended and my life is so much better. I only use oxygen at night and have gotten quite a bit of my life back. YOUR ADVICE IS ON THE MONEY!!!
