I had carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. I had the surgery on the right hand, but the nerve to the thumb is not right, so I never did the Left hand. Now I'm playing guitar, and it gets very tight and a little painful. I'll get a twinge of pain and have to stop playing for a while to give it a rest.

Gloria B says:

Wow this is awesome! This has been bothering me lot lately and I was not aware that it could also be due to that nerve. I am going to start these stretches. Thank you

Lawrie Fildes says:

Fantastic session guys! my wife just had the operation today but I wish I/we had watched this earlier. This was a very clear and thorough explanation for me! From what you've said I'm sure she has issues from her shoulders as well. I'll get her to watch it too!! Thanks again. Keep do what you're doing please!

The only secret I would like to know is why is this a secret? Why would so many people be pushed towards receiving surgery when it's not necessary? HUH!?

Professor Neila says:

I'm a 24 year old that's really concerned with this issue. Ive been using the computer since I was 9, on average I use a computer 6 hours a day and recently after starting my new job I've been getting pain in my wrist. It feels like it's along a ligament on the right hand side of my right wrist. Anyway, thank you for this video hopefully I don't need to see a physiotherapist.

I hurt my right hand in a car accident back in 2016 hit it with the steering wheel I noticed the bone is sticking out right away and I was in severe pain my hand was swelling for almost a month when I went to the ER they said nothing was damaged it's just a bruised and the bone will go back to its place which never did, I went to the orthopedic last month did X rays and MRI they gave me steroid injection it made the pain worse. Please I need an advice do you think I should do the surgery I'm very scared and stressed out because I'm right handed if anything goes wrong I'm screwed.

William says:

I thought you aren't supposed to stretch your fingers back like that if you have CT. It doesnt seem wise to do something to further irritate the nerve. Maybe it's fine to do after it has healed, but I seriously question that kind of stretch when you're expereincing painful CT sympotoms when the goal is to calm down the inflammation.

Ken Borgie says:

THANKS MUCH FOR THE PT ADVICE VERY HELPFUL. AM TYPING THIS TO SHOW THAT I"VE SEEN THIS VIDEO, CAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW TO MARK WHICH ONES I"VE SEEN. CAN ONLY USE I HAND TYPING LOOKING DOWN AT KEYBOARD. HARD ON NECK TOO.

HappyQuails says:

I was expiosed to strong orange oil insecticide and I experienced an extreme amount of numbness and discomfort of my hand. Be careful because the product warns against it getting on your skin yet the pump they provide leaks the product from the pump directly upon the palm of the hand plus the product doesn't seem to wash off the skin once directly exposed.

Here is the cure: Give each complaining contributing company employee a computer and a couple of hours of free time to do as they please.
This conundrum of a condition would clear up in chop-chop time, as comfort levels climb.
