Ingredients for 12 bars:

for the caramel:
12 pitted dates
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts
1 cup milk of choice (240 ml)
•
for the ice cream:
2 cups of full fat Greek yogurt (500 g)
5 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
4 – 5 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
toppings:
roasted lightly salted peanuts
7 oz. / 200 g 80% dark chocolate
lightly salted roasted peanuts
•
1. Put the dates, peanut butter and milk into a blender or food processor and mix until creamy, add less milk first and then add more if needed
2. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together
3. Line a baking dish or container with parchment paper
4. First add the yogurt mixture, then the caramel and lastly sprinkle some peanuts on top
5. Freeze for about 8 hours or overnight
6. Cut into bars, dip in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top
7. Store in an air tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15-20 minutes before serving

So do you break your teeth on a frozen block of greek yogurt, or you have to plan and time it perfectly… tow for 15 min, eat right away before it melts?… altho the chocolate is going to melt while greek yogurt stays frozen in the middle… don't get these kind of recipes at all, just looks good for the video

No se dice cacahuete se dice MANÍ su nombre es MANÍ y es el mismo maní que consumía el Señor de Sipán en la cultura Mochica antes de Cristo, al igual que muchas culturas precolombinas del norte dónde se consumía el maní como parte de su alimentación y cuando todas estas culturas fueron descubiertas se encontraron en la tumba los pectorales del Señor de Sipán collar de maní hecho de oro y en toda la indumentaria de su séquito usaban joyas adornos hechos de maní en oro puro, asi como también se encontró vasijas y cerámicas donde se ve figuras de maní
