  1. I just made these. They are ok for an alternative, as I get sick of using almond flour. I think the sunflower taste is a tab bit too strong for me. I still recommend them for people who need it for dietary needs. I love this channel but just want to always provide honest feedback.

  2. Hi! I was just wondering what kind of chocolate chips did you use? Were they nut free because there's so many different names for nuts. Shea oil, lupin, archanis, all another word for peanuts. They look so good. Thank you

  3. I find it very difficult to find any treats that do not contain flour based. Anything that has a crumb like texture causes me too cough after I go to bed. Thought that this would be safe until I see it is crumb like.

  4. I made these today and they are so rich and yummy. I try to not use any kind of high glycemic sugars so I used part erythritol and part monk fruit for the sweetener. I didn't have any sunflower seeds left so I used pumpkin seeds. I also used Bake Believe choco chips because they are made with erythritol and not sugar or artificial sweeteners. Lilly's is a good brand too.  I get the Bake Believe at Walmart. The erythritol will make dough spread so  I just rolled the dough into balls and put them on the cookie sheet. Really, really tasty. Thanks for the keeper recipe. Oh and I forgot to say that the recipe made a good amount of cookies. I baked a baker's dozen and still had enough dough to make at least another half-dozen if not more. I put it in the freezer.
