He's using the wrong hammer. That hammer will leave every board edge damaged. You can actually see the damage already on the first couple of boards. This guy is an amateur. You are suppose to use a rubber mallet not a steel mallet . Good luck uninstalling everything or trying to convince the client that every board edge damaged is normal.
