Hereβs whatβs on the menu:
β’ 2 scrambled eggs
β’ 1/2 cup cottage cheese
β’ 1 small slice of baguette topped with avocado mash, fresh tomatoes, oregano, black pepper, and a sprinkle of flaky salt
β’ A side of tomatoes
β’ Optional: Add some chicken sausage for an extra protein boost!
For the avocado mash, simply mash an avocado with the juice of half a lemon and season with flaky salt to taste.
