  1. 💚💚💚 Good 2 know multiple different nuts work!!!! Im surprised no nutritional yeast needs added.

  2. Everybody is different, but I do like to have more protein bcz it helps keep me satiated, otherwise I’m so hungry all day, and I eat too much. Since I ramped up my protein a bit, I noticed within 6 months my hair has become more healthy and my skin seems more youthful too, so I can definitely tell the difference in myself. I’m older, so maybe it’s more noticeable. I suspect genetics play a role, into how much protein one might need.

  3. I have never worried about protein ! It’s been such a hot topic for years to sell a meat based diet! Enough already! Just eat good whole foods. Ugh!😩
