Here is the detailed recipe of holi Special dahi vade chaat
*RECIPE*
1. Take one bowl of urad dal and soak for 5 hrs.
2. In a jar add soaked urad dal along with ginger cube , 2 green chilli and half tbsp salt.
3. Blend it well.
4. Now take it in a bowl and whisk for 10 minutes until it become light.
5. Fry in medium hot oil.
6. Now put in hing water for 5 minutes.
7. squeeze the water and add dahi, meethu chutney, green chutney, salt, red mirch powder, chaat masala, bhujiya namkeen and some pomegranate.
8. Your super soft dahi vade is ready . Enjoy
