HOME CHEST AND ABS WORKOUT WITH FUNK ROBERTS

Perform each exercises in succession for 10 reps each without rest. Complete all 10 exercises, rest for 90 seconds and repeat for 3-5 rounds.

Push Ups – 10 reps
Abs Elbows to Knee Crunch – 10 reps
Push Ups – 10 reps
Abs In and Outs – 10 reps
Push Ups – 10 reps
Side Plank Raises Left – 10 reps
Push Ups – 10 reps
Side Plank Raises Right – 10 reps
Push ups – 10 reps
Abs Leg/Hip Thrusts – 10 reps
