In Toronto, we have Egg Bae and it's amazing!
Make egg drop soup, then strain out the soup part. Eating those eggs is like eating a nice, whispy cloud!
Looks amazing
Most Canadians aren't crazy, and understand the difference between bacon, and sliced ham. The whole "Canadian bacon" thing is probably a west coast delusion.
Speaking of sweet eggs – next time you make scrambled eggs put a pinch of salt and a larger pinch of sugar, and some milk, NO PEPPER (can we stop adding pepper into shit wirhout knowing why or bothering to match it to the flavors in the dish please – dont put it unless you have a reason) and beat the living hell out of it until you cant see strands anymore. My facorite technique is just to take a baby whisk and roll it between my hands. Then just cook it like french while never letting it settle and pull it off when its slightly wet still then it will finish perfectly by the time you eat.
Its almost slightly quichey and its delicious.
Might have to do that the next time I go to my local Korean bakery. I think I'll brown the ham first and use chives instead of parsley though. (Chives and scrambled egg are a match made in heaven.)
Emmy,
Have you done videos making
Cole slaw, carrot salad, macaroni or potato salad?
It's that time of year
Yummmmmm…. looks delicious… enjoyed watching…. was waiting for a bite…or two : )
Cheese not melted ????????
Well, that's it…I can't make one of these things because I can't do the cutesy voice.
Who else wants to know how she made that cute box? lol
