  1. What dishes or desserts do you have in mind to indulge in with your freshly made hot fudge sauce?

  2. 2:12 "No, I don't do fruits and chocolate" Thank you!!! I have never liked the combination of fruits and chocolate, especially Jaffa, orange and chocolate.

  3. I can't help but think that one of the Feud answers should have been to apply it to somewhere upon Steve Harvey, given what I've seen on youtube, they always seem to have rude answers like that over there (not that Family Fortunes is any better over here in the UK!!!)… 😛

  4. I love you and your channel you’re a super talented person but there’s no need to these trendy obnoxious thumbnails ????????‍♂️

  5. Great way to start Memorial Day weekend with a Claire Saffitz's Dessert Person fix. Thank you for all your videos. I have really enjoyed each one. I am baking my way through both of your books as part of my pension journey.

  6. I live in France, corn syrup is basically nonexistent, what’s a good substitute? I have seen glucose syrup but in the regular supermarket it’s in really small quantities.

  7. Me: Pour it on fruit!
Claire: I don’t do fruit and chocolate
Me: Yeah Ew who does that?

  8. What is the difference between the two kosher salts that are listed in the ingredients, and how much should one take that does not have access to any of the two brands? Thank you for the recipe ????????

  9. Claire, how do you NOT DO Chocolate dipped strawberries or bananas??????????‍♀️

  10. My huge problem is my fudge always melts all my ice cream in like two seconds. I don’t know if that’s a problem with the ingredients in my fudge, my ice cream, if my fudge to ice cream ratio needs adjusting, or what, but I can never have fudge in ice cream, I always have to have it separate. I pray I have better luck with this recipe ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

  11. The corn syrup haters are also the bougie folks who hate American cheese

  12. Just read this online: Karo Syrup IS corn syrup. However, Karo does not contain high fructose corn syrup, the ingredient that has the medical community up in arms. Camera work is wonky today…I'm getting dizzy.

  13. Here's my push back on corn syrup, it doesn't exist where I'm from. Which makes it a pain in the ass to make recipes that include it

  14. intentionally cooking to separation goes against all my instincts this is very cool
