  1. Why doesn't he just project onto his house? That's clearly a stage light with a GOBO (like a stencil) to display the image.

  2. You absolutely have to right to use projectors on other peoples property. You are incorrect about this one buddy.

  3. all imma say is…why?…why? im not a huge fan of politics so whenever i see someone doing this i want to ask them “why are you doing this?”

  4. There are no limits, as far as I can tell, for political advertising on state property. Water towers are typically state property.

  5. weak argument. It's photons of light. No persons are being affected. He's not shining it into somebody's window. I have a hard time believing that you can regulate where a person's photons go. Like, can I sue you for your porch light being visible inside my curtains? Can I sue you for your headlights going into my windows when you open your garage door? Where is the line for one's responsibility for photon placement? WEAK ARGUMENT

  6. But Republicans will still say it should be protected because it's for their guy. Of course if someone did a Kamala Harris one though they'd agree that they shouldn't do it because it's not their guy.

  7. Pretty sure if it was a Harry Ballz sign it would be protected by like a thousand secret service agents😮

  8. I’ve volunteered for my state's minority political Party and one of the bigger offices is inside a building used by 2 companies. One is a dentistry and its front is facing the street and political yard signs are posted in front of the dentistry towards the road. I’m not sure if they both agree to the signs because otherwise, it wouldn’t make sense to miss out on the market of the rest unless you feel strongly about it

  9. Bro should shut down his water tower and leave town. Obviously has the money to.

  10. well hold up, if its a city water towers, its PUBLIC properety isnt it? so if you cant project a political sign on a public water tower, then you cant hold a asign on a sidewalk either right?

  11. And what exactly would the charge be?? I see signs along the roadways supporting political candidates everyday.

  12. It doesn’t apply to municipalities and public buildings, only private property. He pays taxes doesn’t he?

  13. Wait though. Just curious. If the water tower is “owned” by the city and the resident pays city taxes, doesn’t that make it public property?
