  1. I like having bedrooms on the second floor because you can keep your windows open at night and not worry that someone (who'd want to harm you) will climb through a window into your bedroom.

  2. Farmhouse has been overused. It's lost its charm from inappropriate application.

  3. 8:57 “So there’s a bedroom on the main floor that my bedroom set will not fit in.” Oh, cue the violins. That bedroom is double the size of my apartment. Choose to have less stuff.
