  1. This is one the best house tours from this channel. Loved the story about her brothers art! Loved the renter-friendly details she added to the apartment! Loved the use of color with the white backdrop! My home is similar, and I’ve been considering toning it down or trying to figure out a way to bring more of a sense of calmness to the energetic colors. I think she did a great job with the balance of energy. And FINALLY, don’t be ashamed of your window AC. New Yorkers all have one lol It’s part of aesthetic ????

  2. Katelyn gives a perfect example on how to make a plain apartment space look special. I love the variety of artwork and how she put her rooms together, including the story of her late brother's inspirational art. I like her stories about where and how she and her husband acquired their furnishings. Lou is a perfect NYC dog, so adorable. Thank you, once again, Homeworthy.

  3. Very nice use of space in her own style… done very tasteful with all the color and beautiful accented art pieces.

  4. Filling a room with the items you love will always make you happy. Such a beautiful curated space. I'm loving all the pink!

  5. This is one of my favorite tours I’ve seen! I love color and whimsical decor but I often see people go way over the top with that style and it becomes overwhelming and too childlike. This home had the perfect mix of it, looks like a nice cozy home where some fun adults live!

  6. large apartment!! & how can somebody from the South NOT cook? ????????????????????

  7. Alexandra Stoddard (lifestyle writer/designer) always said men typically love pink rooms and I have found that to be true. ???? She has a Great eye for color…
