  2. in Texas we don't inject our brisket especially if it's wagyu. maybe in Alabama. Dry salt and pepper only

  3. Here in the south Texans think they the best when it comes to the barbeque wars but Memphis, Carolinas, Bama and Georgia will all have something to say about that. Some of the best barbeque in the world in these places.
