  1. Namaskaram. This is what I was taught to do at a Vietnamese zen temple where I ordained as a Buddhist monk. We also practiced qìgong. It is sadly undervalued.

  2. Yogic exercises is to warm up the body for more important breathing exercises.

  3. I have been doing this for the past 3-4 years. I seriously endorse this one.
