I still prefer a desk in the command position đĄ also again I would have no need for a couch, so more 'office space' đ
The second one because you want less light in a sleeping area and possibly less noise you also can close it off without loosing light in the rest of the apartment
I like option one, but i would probably put something at the foot of the bed (a dressor, maybe a shelf, or even just a wall to hang stuff on) just because there is room and i think it will help to complement the rug and further separate the living and sleeping areas
I like the second option … seems more practical
If itâs downstairs he might not want a bed. What if he wants a game room with billiards and darts. How should that look?
I like #2 more because the bed hugging the wall adds a layer of comfort and security, to not have it exposed to the entire room that way, it's also just more comfortable when Im not facing towards the entire room because it feels daunting and large, makes it feel like I'm sleeping in the TV Lounge
I prefer bed in the best part. it just seems like the most efficient use of space.
1, and the bed is behind a nice wall with plants.
I've got a lot of health issues and spend a lot of time stuck in bed, so having it near windows like in #1, where I could appreciate the sun and weather would be very welcome. Especially since our current bedroom doesn't actually have any windows. đ
I like the first one
I definitely want the bed and the best part. It makes me feel comfortable and secure
What if I don't have ADHD?
I prefer option #2 because the bed is closer to the bathroom and wardrobe, which makes morning and evening routinesâlike showering and changingâmore efficient. I also donât like having a window near the bed, as sunlight can disturb my sleep.
I prefer the first one because the bed is more nestled snd private
Option 1 with a divider in front of the bed.
Option 1 looks nice and homey. Option 2 looks like a hotel room
I'm a number one type of guy. I prefer my bed to be in the most secluded corner with the least energy!
I kind of like option 2 because the bed seems more tucked away, but I don't like it being in the passageway. So I would pick option 1 but get a tall divider to put between the bed and the couch, maybe something with frosted plastic/glass that way light can go through but vision is somewhat blocked .

Remember when open plan used to be cool now its an excuse to have you living in a windowless wall-less box
youtuber lifewithmyrainbow has a really interesting room size and shes struggling to figure out how to decorate. i would love to see your opinion! i thought about ur channel when i watched her yt short
1.5 I like the first one, but I would turn the couch end the TV so itâs closer to the closet and when you come in, you just walk along the wall to the right to go to the bed
#1 I want my bed in a cozy corner.
This is a very dark room.
#1 for me. The bed can still be âawayâ if you have people over and youâre not staring right out the window (which feels uncomfortable if itâs facing another house or passersby).
Also if you play music on the TV or walk around with a show on, the sound will be even throughout the room, and you wonât have âboomyâ corner speakers if using a hifi setup or similar. (Look up âpi quarter space audioâ or âloudspeaker spatial loadingâ for more info if anyoneâs interested)
Option 1 for sure, but I'd have to shift the lounge area somehow to include a dressing area off the closet. I might even want low bookshelves to close it in a bit, to keep it separate from the bed… đ¤
