  1. I did that and still got device locked! According to you, I should be at stock, all new programs or anything on the phone should be deleted. I guess you were incorrect.

  2. How do I save my files saved on the internal sd card partition tgat an app used for sound recording. I want my sound files saved there before wiping the drive clean to recover the phone. Moto x 1058 art 2013 thanks. I got stuck in the endless reboot loop.
