Thanks for the info. We couldn't access our TV channels. (The computer and TV are hard-wired.) I used the support app on the TV to find a solution, and the message "Too many devices in use" appeared. The only device in our house turned on at the time was the TV! Also, our Wi-Fi was turned off!! My computer has slowed down where a tech thought we had dial-up! (We pay for the 2nd highest speed available!) Called our internet provider, and they were basically useless to offer help. The Wi-Fi is only used to download books on my Kindle. Or, when the kids and grands visit for their phones. Otherwise, Wifi is turned off. As far as Passwords, aren't there hack software available to show passwords?
