  5. Does anyone know the name of the runner under the sink that the clips slide into? Do they come separate as mine seem to have shaped off? Any help would be fab 😀

  7. Need plumbers putty between the faucet plate and the sink. Previous owner missed that and now I'm dealing with years worth of water that's been leaking into the basement ceiling ????‍♂️

  12. Clear and concise. But P-traps are banned in most if not all building codes and you most likely have a S-trap.
