  1. Unfortunately this lemon curd recipe didn't turned out well for me šŸ™ when adding lemon juice the curd lost consistency, had to go back to the heat and add more cornstarch, which made the lemon flavour not so tangy. Yet, the filling was runyy and didn't kept it's shape after cuted. I'd rahter stick to egg yolk based curds from now on.

  6. Please help me understand what i'm doing wrong in making lemon curd. I made it and I had to throw it out. My family said it tasted like rust (It really did). I used a metal pot and metal seive with the metal whisk and I see you did the same. Why is it that my lemon curd is so metallic tasting. I would appreciate your help.

  7. Thomas. I love this delicious and easy recipe. You mentioned raspberry as a possible substitution for lemon. How much raspberries for the same amounts of all other non-fruit ingredients would you recommend? Would you pure the raspberries first? Thank you

  8. Tried it. Reduced the sugar a bit because I'm not much of a sweet tooth. It turned out amazing. It's sweet, but it got the milk savoriness from the butter. Also, very damn easy to make! Thanks!
