  1. I have added mashed banana and chocolate chips But using a chocolate custard is a great idea. I am also looking forward to trying the savory ones. For breakfast maybe lox bagel and cream cheese?

  2. For a great Bread pudding google Justine Wilson's recipe. Delicious "Old Fashioned Bread Pudding!" Instead of making or buying a pound cake just buy a loaf of French Bread.

  3. Question: would you still add sugar to the custard if you're doing a SAVORY version of the bread pudding??

  4. Chicken and waffle bread pudding? Dashes of hot sauce? Lamb and pita? With a herby green sauce? Erin is so inspiring ????

  5. Oh, it is SUCH A RELIEF & PLEASURE to see you again, friend Erin!! No more daily sad faces wondering if you were ever coming back to us! Hope everything is okay. Keep up the great work…we ???? ya, lady!!!!

  6. Erin has been absent a long time, so welcome back! Love bread pudding, but I've never made a savory one so appreciate the good ideas there. I do appreciate the beauty of Le Creuset, but I can't afford it, so I'll have to make do with my aluminum 13 x 9, I guess. Still wish I knew what the sickle shaped tat on Erin's right arm means…?

  7. Are y’all stalking me??? After more than 20 years I made a bread pudding this last weekend. It was crazy delicious! I made it with croissants, pineapple rum, and fresh pineapple. I used good ole Justin Wilson’s recipe which is a classic.

I won’t wait another 20 years to make it again. ????

  8. Hi Erin! I've got some brioche burger buns that I was just thinking of turning into pudding and I thought of Nutella, but I didn't consider making the custard chocolate too! I only have 3, but that's just perfect (no leftovers!)

  9. I'm a bread pudding addict! Any and all I really ❤. Those look so mouth-watering! Please do more.????

  10. ERIN ERIN ERIN!!!!YAY!!!! ❤

  12. I’ve actually used leftover hot dog buns to make bread pudding. Kaiser rolls, too.
