Ingredients for Tender Chicken Fritters:
►1 1/2 lbs (3 large) chicken breasts
►2 large eggs
►5 Tbsp (about 1/3 cup) mayonnaise
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten-free option)
►4 oz (1 1/3 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
►1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
►1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►Extra light olive oil, or any high heat cooking oil to sauté

Ingredients for Garlic Aioli Dip (Optional)
►1/3 cup mayonnaise
►1 garlic clove, pressed
►1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
►1/4 tsp salt
►1/8 tsp black pepper

  1. did you brine the chicken? I didnt know that brining the chicken gives it like 1,000,000x more flavor, and its juicier too (cuz water tends to cling to salt)
