    Hi Gemma. Gave this recipe a try recently. It's fab!. I put more cocoa into the mix. You can also make an "instant" version by mixing the powder with boiling water then adding evaporated milk to make it extra creamy. Not great for the diet, but just the thing on a freezing cold Winter's night.

    Hi Gemma, thank you for the recipe! I made it but my hot chocolate looks like spoilt milk When served in a glass cup. It only looks better when one keeps stirring it as they take it. What could be the problem? My cocoa is good quality and so is my powdered milk. Thanks
