How to Make Pani Puri (Pakistani-French Fusion)

So this is our play on pani puri, which is a popular street food in Pakistan. We call it “pani pomme”. I was surprised to learn that French cuisine has a similar creation of our puri which is basically a fried hollow doughball, but they use potatoes (pomme) instead of semolina flour. This came out amazing! For future note, it would’ve been better to add more creme fraiche and “pani”. Can’t wait to show you our next dish which will be a dessert 🙂

  1. PANI PURI is not a Pakistani dish- . Its an indian dish but i have noticed that this creator is anti-india and refuses to give credit .. Seems like a hater ..

  2. Here’s my way of making pani puri I stuff it with beans, a sweet lentil tamarind sauce and then water infused with some green chili peppers

  3. I don't know about you, but panipuri is an indian dish (also made in pakistan) , you have to give indians atleast some credit.

  4. Gully I love ur content love ur shit, but dude, this dish firstly completely destroys what pani puri acctually is, firstly pani is made out of dhanya (corriander) jaljeera (drink mix thing) some imli and some other spices and stuff, the puri is made with atta (flour) not potatoes. Lastly alot of the dishes you make are also indian, matter of fact most originate from south india. As an Indian, your videos have shown me the similarities in cultures between Pakistan and India, however I would appreciate if you would share some credit with india. Thanks @GoldenGully

  5. Bro labels literally every Indian Indian dish/snack as Pakistani. Lmao
