  1. The skin is white which means is not dry, good luck with your teeth if you try to chew a crackling.

  2. For those who are wondering, temp and time. It's on the blog. 180c is = to 350f. he roasted it for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Had to look up the C (gas mark 4) to US.
