    Why does my pound cake taste delicious but it never comes out light golden brown I use a metal bundt pan and it always comes out dark golden brown, any suggestions??

    I made this tonight and it turned out so fluffy and delicious! I only had three sticks of butter on hand so I added 1/2 cup of heavy cream and it still turned out delicious. I also added more vanilla extract than instructed. Thank you and Yum!

    Awesome cake turned out great I made a Vanilla glaze for it but I would not leave it in there for 55 minute I left mine in for 30 to 35 minutes then put aluminum foil on and left it in for 20 and looked great ????
