  1. I deleted instagram and use it only on chrome, that way it is (a little) less tempting.

  2. Yes i feel this. My ADHD is reaching the sky. And i cant pay attention or concentrate very well now. Due to this i failed my university entrance exam too. I had this constant urge to check my phone even though the phone was far away cuz exam. But i had this urge and couldnt focus. ???????????????? im addicted to instagram. I hope the tips help. Im so worried.

  3. I invite everyone to meditate with my guided meditations in the morning, and you will see how much better you feel during the day ????????????

  4. I needed that video today. Thank you so much !! Can't wait to see your new videos. Love from France <3

  5. This is what happened to me and it's been 4 days now ???????????????????????? I always be like "gotta stop and go eat" but I ended up washing my hands and continue scrolling more after I remember things that I wanna search etc.

  6. One thing that’s really helped me is adding the Screen Time widget to the page where I keep my social media apps (this may only apply to iPhones, idk if android phones have widgets). When it’s put right in front of me how many hours I’ve spent on my phone, it makes me second guess adding to it ????

  7. swap your habit
out of sight out of mind
    app limit
delete apps that are not serving you
    pinpoint the issue
    cultivate mindfulness and be present

  8. I deleted Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat because it wasn’t something I needed. Although I have Instagram. I have set a limit for 1 hour and even if I go past that I’m intentional to use it less. A part of me wants to not have Instagram but it is also useful for staying informed of different events in college. I have noticed I also spend a lot of time on YouTube because I love watching my favorite YouTubers and sometimes limiting my YouTube time is the most challenging

  9. I'm sorry to say this but I heard about BetterHelp and how it is not a trusted site…. and it somehow makes me wonder how you still keep doing sponsorships with them. No hate here okay… just questioning+bringing up a thought to the table
