1. You can adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.

   1. Avocado Ice Cream:
   1/2 large avocado
   A handful of pistachios or almonds (pistachios make it tastier and prettier)

   50–70 ml of milk (I use homemade coconut milk)

   Blend all ingredients and freeze.

   2. Avocado Butter:
   1 medium avocado
   50 g of butter
   2 tablespoons of lemon juice (a must — it helps keep the avocado green and prevents browning)
   1 tablespoon of dried garlic
   Salt and black pepper to taste

   Blend all ingredients until smooth.
