here's the recipe my homies 🔽
    2-2.5lbs napa cabbage
    1/4C salt (for curing)
    3 carrots julienned
1 bunch green onion (1" pieces)
1 small daikon radish (half mooned)

    For the red chili paste-
    1 korean pear
    6 garlic cloves
    2" knob of ginger (peeled)
    1/4C fish sauce
    1/3C red Korean chili flake

combines cured, strained, and dried cabbage with other vegetables and cover with the red chili paste! fermented for 6-7 days! (or 4-5 for a more mild flavor)

  4. For anybody learning Korean, at the end, 이거 너무 맛있어 (This is so tasty), the subject, 이거 is unneeded when it's clear what we're talking about. In this case, that's the kimchi. You can just say 너무 맛있어, or even better, 너무 맛있다~. Add 와~ to the beginning to express awe at how delicious it is
