  2. Looks like a good struggle meal Incase you're strapped on cash but can also impress a first date😊

  3. Maybe I’m too puritanical , but sweet potatoes are awesome with just a little bit of salt

  4. I just can't get to salt my steaks at all. Even a pinch, it doesn't enhance the flavor but replaces it. Pepper on the other hand adds a spicyness on top of the rest.

  5. once you season the steak, let it rest ON THE COUNTER, beef cooks a lot more evenly when it's rested at room temperature…another "cooking channel" where the "chef" makes basic mistakes….

  6. I think the fun thing about cooking is thst it's not a precise thing, it's a skill, snd you can make whatever you want once you have some practice with that skill

  7. You probably right I could cook that. The issue isn't cooking, it's going out and being around people.

  8. Mmm steak but unfortunately I can't have it the right way because my immune system sucks and it's a shame

  9. For real, I'm always making the 🥹 face when he throws in those sweet little compliments. Funny, wholesome, and DOABLE recipe vids (with no part twos 🎉) are where it's at. I'm so happy to have found this channel.

I have disabilities that make a lot of cooking hard on me and painful. The encouragement really helps, whether it's calling me vibrant or assuring me that I CAN still make something yummy with simple techniques and a few ingredients.

  10. I like to finish my asparagus with a bit of lemonjuice and, most importantly, graded lemon zest!

If you're new to cooking, get small things for in the kitchen and experiment with them!

Think of a chili pepper, lemon, a fesh herb plant, ginger, honey, currypowder, those type of things.

You don't need them all, just one or two. Try stuff out, see what works for you. Try it in a sauce, or as a garnish. Imagine what you think would go well with it and try that out or look up simple recipes! And once you've gotten to know the flavor and what it works with, you can add new ones to the mix! You can try the same with vegetables, try different things. Have fun! 😀

Sorry, I guess I'm hungry haha

  11. omg laughing out loud & missed the rest of the short now I gotta watch it over again because making it through the whole thing without laughing is almost impossible for me. And this is pretty normal for when I watch your shorts lol Keep them coming you’re hilarious! Happy Friday

  12. For those that might be afraid of basting it while cooking it, you can also just brown butter, garlic and herbs of choice in the pan you used for the steak and pour it on the steak afterwards. Produces the same effect.
