    Ingredients:
    300 g flour
    1 egg
    5 tablespoons honey (adjust the amount to taste)
    300 ml milk
    100 ml vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder or 1/5 teaspoon baking soda (quenched with vinegar)
    Vanilla
    For frying the tangerines:
    1 tablespoon butter
    The number of tangerines depends on the diameter of the pan

    Cooking Process:
    1. Mix all the batter ingredients together. The batter should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
    2. Cut the tangerines into halves.
    3. Grease a frying pan with butter and fry the tangerines over low heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Pour the batter over the tangerines. Cover the pan with a lid and bake on low heat for 10 minutes.
    5. Using a plate, flip the cake and bake it on the other side for another 10 minutes.

    I never understood why people don't eat ice cream it turns out that if u eat soem you er voice will become normal 😅
