A Few weeks ago I promised to try carving an epic Alligator from wood. Well, this might not be an alligator, but I gave it my best!

  1. Definitely give it another try ???? I think it will be even better on the next go

  2. US: "Mom, we want one of those cool shark tables!!" Mom: "We have a shark table at home…" [Like button smashed]

  3. just the back of the sharks head, John. too square, other than that it's totally awesome. Yes 100% you should continue your carving journey. I'm inspired to get some kutzall bits.

  4. River table, shark attack, carving, mess, swearing, more mess… I'm all here for it ????

  5. That's awsome! I turn bowls and I'm going to carve an octopus for the lid of a box! Do another one! practice makes perfect.

  6. Keep trying. Its soooo epic. And maybe one day a colab with the guy that gave ypu the urge to push you skills further.

  7. Try it again but bigger! Small is less intimidating but scaling things up makes it easier to do detail work. Great result for your first time really doing something like this. ????????????????

  8. This might be one of those builds where going bigger might be easier than trying to do it small.

Also, a stupid question, but why crave ON the table? Why don't you carve the finer details off the table and glue the piece to the tabletop only when you're done?

  9. Have you ever seen these grandpa amu videos? you should try something he did??? His skills with Wood are almost magical

  10. This is super cool. If you want to go a totally random route that I doubt anyone else has gone you could do a Manatee table.

  11. @11 min the comment about shark cannibalism. Some species of sharks the babies eat each other in the womb and only 1 is born
